Negotiate Montréal

 The McGill Industrial Relations Association (MIRA) represents McGill’s Industrial and Labour Relations Program and seeks to educate its students on the importance of bringing positive growth and social harmony to the workplace. In its continued evolution, MIRA is organizing its first ever case competition this upcoming February.

The Negotiate Montréal Case Competition will bring together students across Quebec to provide the opportunity to realize their ambitions and improve upon essential skills for Human Resources and Industrial Relations professions. Focused on building confidence, communication, and decision-making skills among its participants, these negotiation cases will test the abilities of future leaders to work under time pressure, embrace challenges, and network with both leaders in the field and other students alike.
