Matilde is a fourth year at McGill University majoring in Industrial Relations with a minor in Art History. She is passionate about equal opportunity in the workplace and empowering women to take on leadership roles. After graduating, Matilde hopes to work in organizational development or talent management for a mission-driven company. She also enjoys playing squash competitively and her favorite Montreal eats is the fried chicken burrito at Icehouse!

Zoe Hoppenheim

Zoe is in her final year at McGill majoring in Industrial Relations. She’s passionate about the interplay between HR and technology, organizational change management and the future of work. Zoe hopes to pursue a career in Management Consulting to help organizations leverage their people as a strategic asset in driving performance. A native Montrealer, in her free time she enjoys baking, checking out new restaurants and spinning!

Bridgette Crowley

Bridgette is in her third year at McGill, completing a double major in Economics and Psychology. She is passionate about the intersection between environmental sustainability and behavioral economics. After graduating, Bridgette hopes to further her education by completing a master's degree in behavioral economics and marketing. In her spare time, she loves exploring new Montreal destinations, cooking meals with friends, and watching reality TV!

Aisha is in her third year at McGill University majoring in Industrial Relations with a double minor in Sociology and Environment. She’s passionate about education and sustainable strategy, and currently works at a Montreal-based non-profit that does social development work through music programs. Aisha plans on pursuing a career in employment law or mediation. In her free time she enjoys wandering around Old Port, embroidering, and watching crime shows!
